Refund and Exchange Policy

At WELOSO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item must not fall under our list of non-returnable items (see Section 5)

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

  3. Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address

Note: WELOSO is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • In case of prepaid orders, full refunds will be issued (excluding shipping, if applicable)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may offer store credit or direct bank transfer

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or a refund/store credit

  • Shipping for the exchange will be covered by WELOSO if the product was defective or incorrect

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Undergarments, socks, or hygiene-sensitive apparel

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a 100% replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or transit, and cancellation will not be guaranteed.
